Just Want Everyone To Know, Part 3

This post by David Tarrell at In the Moment is really worth the read.  Not because it is the worst thing our sensitive and deeply caring border collies guards have done, but because it really captures the feeling of what America has become.  Imagine yourself going to Europe and being treated this way.  The harmlessness and naivete is overwhelming.  How terribly sad it is.

It occurs to me that I might tell you what David's post is all about to entice you to read further.  It's about a nice woman from Iceland who came to visit and spend her money in the US, and how we welcomed her with open arms, and cuff and leg irons, because she had overstayed her tourist visa during her last US visit by a few weeks.  That's right, she's a danger to our way of life.  Suffice it to say that she will not be the Icelandic poster girl for American tourism.
