Anne Read at Deliberations hosts Blawg Review # 127 this week, and its spectacular. Anne’s theme is (shockingly) juror types, and she’s pegged me as the “talkative type in the back row” because I post too damned many pieces. I think she means “pain in the butt,” but is too cultured to ever write such a thing.
What a great job Anne has done, particularly in a Blawg Review season of brilliant highs and crashing lows. But Anne always does a great job, and is really one of the few “must reads” in the blawgosphere.
As for me, I apologize for posting so much. It’s just that there is so much to write about, so write I must. If you find it too much (or too boring), you can just skip over it, but I want you to know that it will make me very sad if I write something and no one reads it. But don’t let my shameless effort at being pathetic sway you. If you only have time to read one thing today, go to Deliberations and read Blawg Review # 127.

Thanks, Scott, for the kind words and for a raft of great posts this week. For the record, I did not say you post too much; I said you’re a leader who has started conversations all over the web. But I’ll admit you’d be a handful to any lawyer who actually encountered you in voir dire.
