It’s over and turned out to be, exactly as Hofstra Law School Professor  Monroe H. Freedman and Dean  Nora V. Demleitner predicted, a cautionary tale.  But  Chicken Little must cry that the  sky is falling or there will be no reason for chicken little to exist.
