It’s a new trend. It’s funny, at least the first few times you see it, but does revealing the reality behind the fantasy make you want to buy?

And what would a criminal defense lawyer have to say that would make someone want to retain her?
Would it be true? Would it distinguish her from everyone else?
Then what would she have to say to make the client want to retain her rather than any of a hundred others while still being honest and truthful?
If you recall the TV commercials by Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman, which were quite cutting edge, where do we go from here?

This post made me realize how much of a bubble I live in. I haven’t seen a TV commercial in I don’t know how long! It’s sort of jarring.

I hate to admit his, but I kinda like commercials as a window on our culture and a means of recording cultural history.
I want to have a commercial that ends: “Brian Gurwitz. Getting you off, over and over.” But I was discouraged. I have no idea why.
It might be because of some problems passing the sniff test?
