A Thanksgiving Tradition

I appreciate that there are some people who reject Thanksgiving traditions. I am not one of those people. I wish you all the blessing of your family and friends, and hope you have a Thanksgiving dinner that couldn’t be beat.

Much thanks to everyone here at this Hotel. May you and yours have an excellent day.

…looks like it’s just me and the parents this year, so at least I don’t have to sit at the ‘group W’ table…

Happy Thanksgiving to you, too. My sister and brother-in-law are coming over, and we’re splitting the cooking duties. I have the turkey, mashed potatoes, Swiss vegetable medley, and an appetizer of artichoke dip. I have a few hours before I have to get busy. What are you doing today, Scott?

Thanks for mentioning Swiss vegetable medley. I haven’t heard of it before.

I looked up some recipes on the internet and tried it.

It was a hit with the family and enters our food rotation.
