Having wandered off the continent for a brief period, I apologize to my friends for having provided no content in the last week.  Consider it time off for good behavior.

Further, I received a request today to teach a CLE on cross-examining eyewitnesses, always a thorny matter, on behalf of the NYSACDL.  The CLE will be given on May 18th at St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights.  Contact the NYSACDL for more information.  It should be fun and worthwhile.
