She is a good sport – or so it seems from the clips. Good for her!
The point of the appearance — like that of McCain’s appearance on Letterman — was to show the candidate’s good nature. I was convinced by McCain; not so much by Palin, who sat patiently through, but didn’t participate in, her own deprecation. Where McCain was cheerful, Palin grinned and bore it.
The shocking part is the “way hotter in person” joke. Of a vice-presidential candidate, however ridiculous, this seems inappropriate.
Also nice to see that she feels so little concern for the press’ lack of access to her that she is willing to participate in jokes about it. Disgraceful.
Hey when did it become OK to start blogging Palin again?
You didn’t get the memo?
Hey, that’s the way they roll on Long Island.
I take it this post is the memo, eh…?
I am shamelessly charmed. Anyone happen to have her cell phone #?
You flatter yourself to think she’d take your call. She’s waiting for a Baldwin brother.
Try me. I’m a real R anyway. And I bet she’d take Dan’s. Well, maybe not…he leaves rude initial messages. Not always returned.
Clearly you have a better shot than Hull, who thinks Geeklawyer is the icon for sweet-talking the ladies.
